Candidate must have strong written and communication skills, be able to multi task, and thrive in a dynamic environment. We are seeking someone highly organized, with 2+ years administrative experience. Must be confident working in team setting, with solid interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: • Produce Sales Reports • Communicate with representative showrooms (checking stock, reserves, orders) • Generate Quotes/Invoices • Purchase Orders • Maintaining Inventory • Generate Spread sheets and time billing for Interiors division
